By requesting a commission, you FULLY AGREE to these Terms of Service.

You can contact me via DMs on my socials (Instagram, Twitter, Reddit).

If your request does not follow these terms, your commission will be rejected.

You must include a detailed description about what you want me to draw. I'll highly appreciate any visual reference you provide, like images, color palettes or even rough sketches made by you. Everything helps :).

Communication is key. The more we discuss about what you want, the better.

But please understand that English is not my first language, so please, be as clear as possible when writing me.

Before starting, I'll send you a quick rough sketch to confirm the general idea.

Once you approve the rough sketch, you must send me a full payment to begin the commission. After that, no refunds can be requested.

I'll allow a maximum of 3 rounds of revisions, with a maximum of 3 revisions during each round. Extra changes will cost extra money.
These rounds of revision will take place: after finishing the sketch, after the coloring phase, and after the rendering phase.
(This is depending the commission type, if you asked for a sketch only, there will be only 1 round of revisions).

I'll only allow major changes during the sketch phase, I won't allow major changes after that. If you insist, i may decline the changes or charge you more.

I set up to two weeks to finish the work once the commission begins.
If I fail to meet the deadline, the commission will be canceled, and I'll issue a partial or total refund depending on the progress I've made.

I reserve the right to reject or cancel the commission (with refunds) at any moment due to personal reasons. I'll contact you about the issue in such cases.

I expect a respectful conversation with you when contacting me.
Disrespectful or abusive behavior will result in your commission being rejected or cancelled without refunds.

Payments in USD are accepted via PayPal.

No other payment methods are allowed.

All of the prices are subject to change without prior notice.

I'll provide a link to a Google Drive folder containing the artwork in .png format. You can request another format if you want, as long as is a image format.

The product delivered is a digital good, no physical products will be delivered.

All comissions are for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.

You can post the delivered commissions in your social media, but you must credit me.

Claiming authorship, editing the drawing without consent or removing the signature is strictly prohibited.

All commissioned works remains my intellectual property.

I reserve the right to post the finished works on my social media, unless you explicitly request a private commission.

I do not authorize the use of my work for AI training and NFTs sales.
